Penny wise, pound foolish that is! One of the first actions I've started was replacing every nut, bolt, screw, washer etc. that I could find. As it is quite hard to
source the parts, I can give you a hint on the supplier.. Have a look at a German company called Online Schrauben. To my experience, these people are relatively cheap, you can order any quantity you'd like and they accept credit card orders through Internet. Be aware, there are several items on the list which you cannot reach when the car is just there, standing in the driveway. You will have to duck under the car, if you want to do the good job, you'll have to remove at least the front clam etc! For those that want to do the full job, here's the full list in acrobat reader format. If your computer tells you that it doesn't understand this document, go here and get yourself the reader! Oh.. the description of the material is in German, in case the people of Online Schrauben wouldn't understand.. Prices are what I bought them for, could change over time for sure.. Again... no liability, this is just my helping hand. |
